That Kray film, Legend.
Anyone seen it yet, is it any good?

They loved their mum, by the way.

Good film. Could have done with a bit more violence. Wanted it to be longer too.

gloryholing??

Re: That Kray film, Legend.
The real violence at the end should have been throughout the film......its a shame it took that long as Hardy is the bollocks at it.

By the way the performance from Hardy was nothing short of spectacular.

Best actor this country has ever produced.

I think Ron would have been up for some gloryholing.

Fairly good film. Bit overdone. Hardy is the highlight. Bit comical apart from the nasty stabbing of jack the hat.

Ronnie stab his arsehole?

Re: That Kray film, Legend.
I think its common knowledge that Ronnie 'stabbed' quite a few arseholes. Not sure I would have put it like that myself though.

Just seen it, decent film. Hardy is class

So if Ronnie and Reggie were identical twins, how could they tell which one of themselves was gay? Eh?

The Joker 12:04 Mon Sep 21
Re: That Kray film, Legend.
Hardy is brilliant. His Ronnie is hilarious. I agree it wasn't violent enough, but then I suppose it is an idealistic view of Reggie from the point of view of Frances and the film is really about them. In a weird way it's a bit of a dark Romcom.

The end felt a bit rushed too, but I really enjoyed it.

They were both gay, 100%

Nurse
One of their gang would shout out Are you free Mr Kray? And the gay one would reply I'm free!
That's how homosexuality worked in the 70's

EVER? Big statement that. Think the likes of Olivier, O'Toole, Guinness, Hurt, Day-Lewis amongst others might have (had) something to say about that.
